Princess & The Pauper

The Princess and the Pauper is the tale of Anneliese and Erika, two girls who look exactly alike but have never met. Anneliese is a princess, engaged to a foreign king in order to save her kingdom from bankruptcy. Erika is a peasant, working endless hours in a dress shop to pay off her parents’ debt. A chance encounter brings the girls together; and after Anneliese is kidnapped, Anneliese’s tutor and best friend, Julian, enlists Erika to impersonate the princess until they rescue Anneliese and expose the person behind it all.
